Co-Lead Pastors

Mick & Heather Leggett

Mick and Heather have two adult children who live in the midlands where they hail from, and also up north in Manchester. They joined Bicester Elim in Feb 2022, taking over the leading of the church from Pastor Dennis Niziol who started the church in the 1980's.

They have been involved in church leadership for many years, across a number of different denominations and met whilst Mick was working for Youth for Christ in Luton.

As well as co-leading Bicester Elim, Mick has a part time role working for Regent's Theological College as their Data and Learning Technology Manager which means he heads to Elim's International Centre in Malvern fairly regularly. Bill

Bill hails from The States but has lived in Bicester for many years with his wife Julie and they have three grown up daughters and several grandkids. They also have a four-legged friend called Rocco. Bill is an accomplished musician and plays in a local band as well as leading the music and worship team at Bicester Elim.

Dudzai

Dudzai hails from Zimbabwe and lives in Bicester with her husband and three children. She helps to run the ladies group - Aspire and is also a leader of Limitless Kids.

Jamie

Jamie is a the daughter of the founding pastor of Bicester Elim Church, so has lots of experience of church life. She and her husband Kevin have three teenagers who keep them rather busy. As Church Secretary she deals with many aspects of church admin.

Eileen

Eileen helps to oil many areas of the ministry of the church, she is part of the finance team, the aspire team and the tech team. She is married to Adrian.
